Providing technical information for the building facilities like Elevator System, Electrical System, CCTV System, Fire Alarm System, Low Voltage Circuit, Telephony, Public Address System, CATV, Lighting System and Building Information System. Making sure about the operation of equipment facilities, perform preventive maintenance, evaluating incoming new equipment, show techniques of working for installation purpose. Worked as Liaison Officer for various contractors/vendors to prepare & modify documents related to proposal project, notifications, letter of intent, draft letter and emails. Maintain technical documents files; hardcopy, softcopy that are related to the job. Provide the technical information by answering queries and requests via phone calls in or out of the company. Preparing written responses for the inquiries and maintenance of company facilities including contractor warranty service maintenance. Handles the contractors and technical support personnel for their working schedule and working strategic plan. Perform troubleshooting for Public Address System, Clock System and CCTV cameras, TV Monitors, Relay Modules.
Provides technical expertise on troubleshooting failures, repairs, and evaluating whether equipment is designed to meet its intended or existing service conditions. Properly set-up or install all equipment’s as well as check the functionality of the laboratory equipment’s according to manufacturer/suppliers specifications. Evaluates all equipment after repairs, maintenance or safety checks. Identify errors that cause the inappropriateness after the repair of the machines then apply the corrective measures needed. Problem analysis includes both hardware and software errors. Inspects equipment and conduct preventive maintenance and set the specific test parameters or programs on each equipment. Documents equipment status before and after sales. Manages the repair and maintenance of company owned and customer equipment. Perform service duties for the customers by handling all service calls while on duty and handling customer transactions in a timely and courteous manner. Responding to customer complaints with a sense of urgency to see to their resolution. Prepares work schedules and handles service calls to meet customer needs and assure that equipment is available as required. Repair and monitor all pulled-out equipment’s.
Conduct 24/7 Power Alarm Monitoring, 2G and 3G Monitoring system for Globe Telecoms Cellular sites at the whole South Luzon Area. Regular reporting to the company supervisor, Area Manager, Globe Telecoms Facility Management and Facilities Maintenance Head depending on the cellular site classification. Perform daily report and monthly report summary. Coordinates with the supervisor and group team of the area operators for the economic dispatch of the power generation resource.
Responsible for the installation of studio lighting system to support the productions, videotaping, and live news information.
