• Manages field data collection activities (i.e. data collectors) from collaborating physicians, pharmacies and other medical providers.
• Perform pharmaceutical market research (qualitative & quantitative), conduct surveys and face-to-face interviews with physicians and target specializations.
• Handles pharmaceutical database information (IMS DataView) for data interpretation and market trend analysis, train client users, reviews new pharmaceutical and OTC products in the market, updates and maintain the pharmaceutical products and UAE medical providers (i.e. pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, government institutions, wholesalers, distributors) database.
• Processing and analyzing raw data into reports. Work with external data suppliers (pharma distributors) regarding data accuracy and integrity. Responsible for the development of pharma client reports on current trends. UAE customer universe and territorial mapping.
• Provide corrective actions on queries received via personal visits, telephones and e-mails, convey complex and critical data information and business intelligence to pharmaceutical clients.
• Contacts, approaches and meets with decision makers of major supermarket chains, pharmacies, nutrition centers and medical establishments to sell and promote company’s health and nutrition products (i.e. Flex-a-min, Nature's Bounty, Natural Wealth, Vitamin World, Vital Health, L'il Critters, Sanovit-Kendy Pharma).
• Initiated and secured new client accounts while retaining long-standing clients, developed new product lines and increased brand exposure and availability through effective brand management and merchandising operations.
• Handles a team of merchandisers for deliveries, promotions and merchandising activities in major outlets.
• Generate payments from clients by monitoring overdue accounts and notify clients/debtors of delinquent accounts by mail, telephone, or personal visits in order to solicit payment.
• Reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis to sales management about contacts, calls, meetings, correspondence and all related work within the territory.
• In-charge of the overall and day-to-day operation of the showroom, communicating product details and benefits to customers (i.e. nutrition products and dietary supplements).
• Generating sales report and recommendations, database management, stock inventory control, monitoring stock movement.

• Task to develop sales and implement product details and promotion (i.e. Pariet, Myonal, Methycobal, Neuquinon, Aricept) to medical professionals in major hospitals and clinics.
• Analyzing stock movement in major drug outlets and maintaining professional service with medical professionals.
• Assist in the supervision of the company’s Time Monitoring System (Fingerscan), enrolment of new and existing employees in the Fingerscan.
• Data processing and management of employees’ payroll system, administering employees’ files and documents, basic accounting procedures (i.e. audit and tally).
• Coordinates with the Human Resource Department on employees’ provisions and inquiries.
