I worked in conjunction with the project manager to upgrade the ESD and F&G Systems in the control room as well as various other systems and instrumentation.
Risk Management planning, identification and mitigation or control. Risks include all risks to the project such as safety risks and risks to the schedule and resources.
Drawing checking and approval on P&IDs, GADs etc
Providing technical support for sales tenders - Technical Bid Evaluations and reply to Technical Queries from Vendors
Management of change such as the inclusion of additional scope or changes in existing scope into scheduling and resources and receive approval from the client.
Inter-discipline coordination between engineering disciplines, HSE, QA/QC, HR etc. It also included the development and implementation of the project coordination procedure.
Management of project team resources and training - allocation of engineering hours required for document review and comment, train engineers in project procedures and arrange enhancement courses for project team members.
Ensure activities are completed according to project plans - Development of Action Item Register and coordination with planning and project manager to allocate responsible persons and time allowed for completing action items.
Provide quality and effective project support - Involved in implementing an improved document control system.
Managing internal and external suppliers and contractors, and communicating effectively with clients.
Appointed as Interface Coordinator for the project. Communicate with operations and maintenance, external and internal contractors. Developed and maintained an interface plan, interface register and tie-in register for the project.

EPC scope for the Waste Water Treatment Plant and the Potable, Fire and Irrigation Water Systems for the Ministry of Municipal Affairs & Agriculture, Messaide, Qatar
EPC Scope for a Modular Waste Water Treatment Plant (12, 320 M3 per day) for 35, 000 man Construction Camp, Qatar
EPC scope for a 30, 000 bpd Upstream Oil and Gas Central Production Facility, Yemen
Construction Activities - Civil and Concrete Works for the Shell Pearl GTL Off-Site Harbor Tankage Area, Ras Laffan Industrial City, Qatar
EPC scope for a state-of-art 3, 300 person construction village to support the Gorgon Gas Field development., Barrow Island, North-West Australia
