Provide database support to ADUKG executive programs during conferences, exhibitions, trainings, seminars and other managed events.
Understands business stakeholder requirements, underlying business needs, and suggest improvements to business requirements when necessary.
Works closely with both business stakeholders (particularly marketing, sales directors, and IT) and internal technology resources to gather and collect data from disparate data sources.
Produces simple reports, summary, analyses, and visualizations that present complex data tailored for executive management.
Responsible for developing clean, maintainable and source-controlled queries, CRM accounts and contacts.
Takes ownership for assigned tasks and requirements gathering (data build), and communicate these effectively.
Quickly fixes error/s in data reporting to ensure a quality business stakeholder experience.
Handling administrative requests and queries from clients, consultants, managers and directors.
Organizing and scheduling trainings, assessments, appointments and meetings.
Managing incoming and outgoing calls.
Notifying the candidates regarding their scheduled assessment, briefing and feedback sessions.
Managing on-site and off-site preparation for training and assessment venue.
Act as the point of contact for internal and external client.
Updating and maintaining master tracking records.
Ordering office supplies, coordinating with the venue security to assist the candidates, reserving the rooms prior to the scheduled training or assessment.
Maintaining contact lists accurately.
Submitting attendance record to the client and to finance for invoicing.
Provide extra support to the clients and candidates on their training or assessment schedule, location, scores and reports.
