Scoring based on rubrics relevant to each scoring project and grade level ( 3rd grade to 12th grade)

Teach English for Special Purposes (ESP) and English for Academic Purposes ( EAP)
Provide ESL instruction to first and second-year university students
Teach Intensive English course to Master's students
Create, technology-based English lessons for English Learners
Design, Proctor, assess, analyze exams
Proof/Critique chosen curriculum
Conduct professional developments
Provide teacher support to new/struggling teachers
Supervise all quality assurance tasks

Develop and implement English curriculum for grade 6 and 12 girls.
Create and administer assessments.
Conduct data analysis.
Unit and daily lesson planning with expected outcomes and differentiated assessments
Culturally and linguistically responsive pedagogy implementation at all times.
Create and provide English learning resources to all students. (Grammar and Writing Handbook)
Utilize various technological resources to enhance lessons and learning.
