• Assist QA/QC Engineer to prepare and conduct the project
WPOs, WPSs, ITPs, NDT procedures and PWHT procedures.
◦ Material Inspection as per supplier / manufacture document / mill
certificate with respect to type, size and material identification, witness
of positive material identification, mechanical test and visual inspection.
◦ Monitor/ Check condition of welding consumable, inspect structural
frame fit-ups, alignment and visual inspection of all welds as per
specification at fabrication shop.
◦ Raise RFIs and prepare reports for inspection performed and submit to
contractor Q.C and submit inspection performed summary for contractor
review on weekly basis.
◦ Conduct inspections of mechanical and plumbing installations to ensure
compliance with design specifications, codes, and standards. And report
any non-conformities or discrepancies found during inspections.

• Review and analyze all FPS, MEP drawings, materials,
schedules/program of work, etc.· Review the shop drawings, construction
details, product data, material samples, inspection plans, method
statements, deliver schedules to confirm compliance with the
requirements of the project.
• Co-ordination and attending meetings with Main contractors,
consultants & client & supplier. monitoring of work as per specification,
local & international standard & codes.
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports & reported with manager and
construction manager, Materials / work inspection to inspect with
consultant.
• Following the project timetable for authority inspection
attendance. participating in every MEP service testing and
commissioning.

• Im a Quality Inspector in Ashok Leyland and I have 5 years experience
in Vehicle Inspection. I have excellent knowledge about Vehicles
especially EURO 4 and EURO 6.
• End of line inspection of rolling chassis for proper routing (EDC,
ABS, Air hose) electrical fouls, leaks and fitment of components.
• Auxiliary features (scan tool, fleet management system, wheel
alignment, LSV) setting inspection. Active field input for design
changes.
• Ensuring the deviations in the PDI and road test report. Working on the
holds and defects carried from conveyor line with labor support. Active
participant in Internal departmental Audit.
