-Providing regular performance feedback to Production Supervisor.
-Monitoring daily production and quality control performance records.
-Coordinating and monitoring flow of production.
-Performing administrative tasks under the guidance of the supervisor, such as documenting of procedures.
-Supervising and developing subordinates by setting performance targets and identifying training needs.
-Liaising with the workshop on the maintenance and repairs to machinery.
-Inventory management, tracking of raw material availability, consumption, and reorder.
-Assisting in maintaining and implementing QMS.
-Performing online checks and monitors processes.
-Drafting production progress reports.
-Performing checks on products at various stages of the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with standard.
-Implementation of ISO systems such as ISO 9001.
-Supporting the adherence to safety, health environment, and quality.
-Conduct daily inspections of hygiene and housekeeping practices.
Key Achievements:
-Leading a team of 120 staff members to achieve daily set targets.
-Met and exceeded set targets, for example for a 9hr shift required to produce 2000c of Sun jam, pushed team to produce extra 500c in a 9hr.
-Received shift award of the month (September 2022) by meeting set targets.
-Contributed towards the company budget by making sure the manning levels and the hours worked tally with monthly output produced.
