The Empyrean is a Mixed Use Township development spread over 120 acres of land in East Bangalore. Our scope comprised of Project Management of High End Villas & Row Houses (presently 240 nos in 62 acres), Club House, Commercial Centre, external Infra-structure (roads & services), landscaping, etc.

Cape Cod is a IGBC Gold rated, premium Residential project with a BUA of 12 lakhs sft, being built on a 6 acre plot at east Bangalore. It consists of 417 premium apartments in 8 blocks with a Club House, Stilt parking, etc.
As Project Head, I was reporting to the Ex Vice President and have a team size of 11 subordinates (excluding Contractor & Consultants staff) namely, Project Manager, QAQC Manager, MEP Engineer, Tower In charges, etc.

As PMC, our role extends to complete Project & Construction Management including Design Coordination, Procurement, Contract Administration & Execution.
As Project Head, I was reporting to my CEO (team size 16 personnel) and VP from Client's side and my job profile comprised of overall Project & Construction Management of the project.
