Operations Head of Abu Dhabi ( As Sr DGM - Shapoorji Pallonji ME LLC )(Currently working) and responsible for Iconic projects, Fully involved in progress and profitability of Khalifa City Mall (Al Forsan Mall), Mediclinic Hospital (Al Noor), Qariyat Al Hidd Residential Project, Thanaya Residence, Mandir Project etc. collectively valued at AED 3.5 Billion. Actively involved in monitoring the procurement as well as Execution, Programming, Resource management as well as the complete Liasing with the Stakeholders along with the Top Management within and without the organisation. Handed over 3 projects to excellent reviews by the users.
Public Realms at Expo2020 (Arabtec - Oct 2018 to July 2019), currently associated with the AED 350 million fast track project which is a combination of infrastructure, landscaping and road works. The logistics of working in congested surroundings in a multi-contractor environment while achieving target milestones being the key mandate in the prestigious Landmark event led programme. Managing the project within the purview of the contract and the client’s latest and the constantly updated plans/programme. Ensuring that the design coordination is properly tracked and is seamless to enable timely execution.
Central Operations Office (PMO) (Arabtec - Aug 2010 to Dec 2010 & Sep 2012 to Dec 2013), Worked with the Project Management Office on multiple projects on the technical and buildability aspects of jobs under tender including generation of Technical reports, submittals and client presentations for prestigious projects such as Zayed museum, Kuwait University, A development on the Dubai Creekside with water retaining structures, etc. Managing Technical and Architectural staff.
Mohd. Bin Zayed City (MBZC) at Fujairah (Arabtec - Mar 2018 to Sept 2018), Implemented Productivity strategy for the said project, comprised of 1100 large sized villas. It is AED 1.7 billion worth of works including the complete development of the township with Civil works, Finishing, Woodworks, Aluminium fittings, doors and windows and Fitout, infrastructure and Electrical substations included PLUS
The complete (township) Roads & Infrastructure works the Deep and Shallow services including complete coordination of various services, coordination of levels with BIM support, Co-ordination with Client, Designers and Services Authorities, LPG network protection, Water and sewage network, sewage Lifting station construction etc.
Marsa Al Seef (Now called Al Seef) Project in Dubai (DBB - Oct 2016 to Feb 2018), a AED 1.6 billion, multiple commercial buildings, marina, 3 and 4 star Hotel buildings, to be operated by the Hospitality wing of the Meraas group. ATKINS are the supervision consultants and MACE are the Project Management company overseeing the construction and handover of this prestigious and sprawling project.
Beach House Project at Fujairah (DBB - Jan 2016 to Oct 2016): Engineering for a Design and Build Project for a VVIP client along with the Design Consultant M/S AECOM. The project consists of multiple Luxury buildings with landscaped grounds, Rock cutting, Marine works including Breakwaters and Marina, Special finishes and systems along with the Utilities design and implementation.
Tiara Hotel Project at Palm Jumeirah in Dubai (Arabtec - Jan 2014 to Dec 2015), a AED 553 million, 3 Basements + 16 storied 5-star Hotel building, consisting of two towers to be operated by an international chain is an extremely high class project with state of the art technologies. Mainly works on Re-strengthening of PT slabs and complete ID fitout to the Hotel Brand chain standards.
Dubai Airport, Terminal 2 Extension and refurbishment (Arabtec - Nov to Dec 2013) - Involved in the Structural, Finishing and façade works of this unique Live airport environment both on airside and otherwise under tight time constraints. Handling of the specialist subcontractors including the logistics of the travellators and the baggage handling systems, the Electronic signages, security and the fireproofing works.
ADCOP Staff accommodation for IPIC at Fujairah (Arabtec - Jan 2011 to Aug 2012), a Design and Build, AED 100 million, LEED GOLD certified, 1 Basement+ 16 storied residential building for the Senior staff of the new Oil Terminal in Fujairah which is a part of the Habshan-Fujairah oil pipeline. It called for high class finishes and was based on a 4-star hotel concept with Industrial kitchens etc.
Swiss Tower project (ECC - Jun 2007 to Jul 2010), a AED 170 million, 3 Basements+ 40 storied commercial building in the Jumeirah Lake Towers area of Dubai. A highly fast track job utilizing state-of-the-art formwork systems and equipment.
Zayed University project (ECC - Aug 2004 to May 2007) valued at over AED 400 million for Dubai Municipality at Dubai’s Academic City comprising of a complete campus consisting of College, Administration, Library, Dining, Gymnasium, Conference and Atrium buildings and fully developed landscaped grounds and Central courtyard. The University started operations in September 2006.
Villas and town houses at The Green Community (ECC - Jan 2003 to Jul 2004) valued at AED116 million for Properties Investment LLC./Union Properties at Dubai Investment Park. This prestigious project consisted of 177 townhouses and villas and recreation blocks and was a fast track project comprising of civil works along with high class timber fit out works, ceilings, kitchens and finishes.
427 MW Barka Power & Desalination Plant, Oman (ENEL - Jun 2001 to Jan 2003) (EPC Project, Value USD 300 Million) Supervising the Construction of various kinds of structures ranging from buildings to turbines and other machinery foundations for M/S AES, USA (Client). The other various plant bulding and infrastructure related activities included:
• Construction of Asphalt & Paving Tile Roads, Culverts, Ducts laying, Street lighting, including underground water tanks for sewer/Drainage, Fire & Potable water etc.
• Construction of Potable Water, Irrigation, Fire Hydrant, Waterway Recirculation, Chilled water, Telecommunication network, Sewerage and Storm Water System.
• Construction of Pumping Stations for Fire & Sewage systems.
• Construction of Chemical Handling areas, Petrol Pumps, Utility Buildings, Substations.
• Construction of service Tunnel works.
• Construction of Steel Structural Buildings like the Main Power House Building, warehouses and Demineralisation plant.
Muscat City Centre (CARILLION - Sep 2000 to Jun 2001), Al Hail, Oman (Project Value USD 26 Million) for M/S Al Futtaim of UAE.
