Role & Responsibility:
* Preparing design phase engineering drawings, survey data & geotechnical report.
* Preparing Bill of Quantity, production calculation, Budget and cost Estimate.
* Preparing Project Method Statement, Execution Plan, manpower, equipment
requirement and project schedule.
* Monitoring & controlling the project costs, resource loading, etc. complied with
the budget and schedule.
* Providing necessary Operational / Technical Support for the execution of
Dredging Operation, Dredger & Support Crafts Maintenance/Repairs,
Reclamation/Disposal activities, Dredging Accessory Fabrication/Repair
Works and other related construction works and ensure the optimum
productivity.
* Review and incorporate historical data from operation, maintenance & repair,
purchase orders, contracts agreement, productivity analysis reports, etc. into
unit rate and man-hour figures.
* Visit the project site and finalize detailed methodology for project execution,
logistics support and equipment requirement.
* Preparation of fully resource loaded and cost loaded programme including
Progress Measurement Procedures for project.
* Creating detailed weightage for each activities with supporting documents
and generating S curve for project (early curve and late curve)
* Monitoring daily production / performance of the dredgers, conduct and check
surveys to monitor progress.
* Co-ordinate with the Engineer of the project for variations /deviations /
extensions as defined in the contract.
* Plan resources and plant requirements and arrange procurement to suit
program requirements.
* Monitoring dredgers material/spare-parts and fuel consumption, and develop
cost control sheet to follow-up operational cost.
* Provide engineering support for new building / projects in various stages of
design, estimating, operation and marine construction.
* Define and implement corrective actions where deficiencies are detected and
ensure safe work environments.
* Ensures all relevant certification of tools & equipment are kept up to date &
maintain contact with classification & underwriter surveyors /inspectors.
* Develop in close collaboration with Technical, Finance, Commercial, QA/
HSE and Estimation departments detailed project planning based on
tender requirements.
Provide administrative and technical support as required to platform
management and supervision covering all aspects of dredging operations.
* Coordinate the Maintenance activities of each dredger and assist in
conforming to all HSE policies and procedures.
* Coordinate in ensuring the availability of adequate tools, equipment, spare
parts, test gear and manpower to perform all instrument maintenance
activities in the assigned area.
* Assist in reviewing the periodic job and shutdown plans and integrate it with
other section plans for execution.
* Assist in preparing and updating procedures and method statements for
critical jobs.
* Ensure the proper update, availability and filing structure of the current
documents/ drawings/ equipment data sheets.
* Provide Minutes/Reports for every meeting and Lateral Learning exercises for
Sr. Technical Staff.
* Act as company Focal Point for technical communications and maintain
company notice board with all current information.
* Identify and propose ideas and solutions that will increase efficiency in cost or
time without loss of integrity.
* Support and improve team performance by sharing knowledge and best
practices.
* Adopt a flexible working attitude to provide support across all departments to
ensure team success.
* Create, maintain & enhance effective working relations and identify and
minimize interpersonal conflict.

* Responsible for promoting the sales, after sales service and workshop
activities of booster pump system.
* Attended technical complaints of customers on site and solve it with minimum
machine down time.
