- Provided first-level technical support to end-users on proprietary software and applications including installation basic usage and appropriate service level to warranty.
- Adhering to SLA’s to meet 99% User Satisfactory
- Provide Technical Support to all QFC employees and manage level 1 user escalations to resolve complex is support issues
- Due to the Pandemic situation the need of Webinar Support has become in demand and was able to support the users especially the QFC EXCO’s
- Provided on-phone and online support for users during the Work-From-Home Phase due to Covid-19 to facilitate effective operation of IT resources
- Worked closely with Microsoft Support to resolve any Windows and MS office issues.
- Preparing monthly SLA report
- New Employee Process (Domain and email account Creation)
- Employee Separation Process (Account and Email -Disabling, and etc.)
- New user creation and housekeeping for staff user data
- Active Directory Management
- Keeping an up-to-date Windows 10 Image with Enterprise Apps as required for Enterprise use.
- OS Server Installation
- Maintaining Data Center Hardware.
- Supported User’s Webinar from Different Platforms
- Execute asset management policy and procedure
- Identify assets that require upgrade and provide the scope for processing
- Provide data related to IT SLA compliance report, IT asset report and miscellaneous reports as requested
- Assist in Preventive Maintenance as directed by the team and provide first level support
- Day to day Monitoring of the Mail Filtering Server
- Configuring IP Telephones for new Employees
- Make extensive use of open-source and no-cost solutions and software in deploying IT Asset management (SnipeIT Opensource Software IT Asset Management)
