1. Monitor and inspect the designs, installation,
configuration and testing of active components of all
Extra Low Voltage (ELV) system; (Security Access Control,
Hotel Door Locking, Structured Cabling System, PABX,
Wireless Fidelity, Antenna, Audio Visual Source, In room
control, Public Address Background Music, Fire Detector
Alarm System, Building Management System, and
Internet Protocol Television)
2. Recommend upgrades or system improvements on
maintained system as required;
3. Makes inquiries to multiple industry vendors and
equipment providers;
4. Maintains certifications and knowledge of technology
developments in his area of expertise; Supports
Implementation Team as Project Engineer as directed,
providing basic engineering support and detailed
knowledge in his area of expertise;
5. Perform basic and detailed implementation of an ELV
project at the customer's location;
6. Provides technical submittals based upon client project
requirements; Involved in the installation, configuration
and testing of all active equipment installed as part of
the Project;

1. Performs fundamental engineering survey and forecasting such as detailed field survey of study area classifying them to their residential, commercial, industrial and institutional usage with plotting and sketching of exact location of existing and projection subscribers.
2. Coordinating with the government and local authorities by conducting interviews and gathering data related to the improvement of planning and design of telecommunications expansions and other utilities.
3. Blocking and zoning of the study area in order to create a systematic registration of all existing properties, statistical projection wherein all vacant lot should be analyzed for future property movement.
4. Conduct survey and planning of telecommunications expansion projects of outside communities and remote villages.
5. Conduct pole to pole measurements for property block mapping.
6. Design and review Access Primary and Secondary networks and Fiber Optics networks, ensure that cable meets the right direction or attachment
7. Conduct fiber optic cable testing using test equipment such as OTDR, Power Meter and light source.
8. Provide detailed schedules and programs of proposed projects and jobs for every day.
9. Provide material take-off and bill of quantities for every jobs and projects.
10. Provide schedules of work to all the line man and civil works staff.

NOC Surveillance Engineer

1. Conduct first level diagnostic in isolating and identifying fault location before escalating to field support team.
2. Classify type of faults based on severity of the problem.
3. Support in generating network performance reports related to core switch and radio access network
4. Support Network performance analysis and fault reporting.
5. Escalate the alarms to designated team in time of the problems cannot be solved by ROC Engineer and Field Operations Engineer or Facilities Management and on spot to resolve and reminding the Engineers of solving the problems according to the different level alarms.
6. Initial analyses locate and solve for the complaints and fault.
7. Submit the Daily and weekly maintenance reports to the designated discipline in NOC.
8. Monitoring the whole process of the ticket items, and closes the alarms within the SLA.
1. Defining the Network Event Severity Level Identification (Catastrophic, Major, Minor, Critical)
2. Monitor and manage 2G/3G and LTE network alarm events, service outage, network performance deterioration, customer complaint from alarm panel, constant monitor and analyze network performance consistently. This also includes providing escalation and notification of Minor, Critical and Major incidents/outages.
3. To detect the alarms from the operation and maintenance, and dispatch the alarms to the ROC Team Engineer team and Field Engineer on the spot to resolve and input the alarms into the Trouble ticket system.
4. Monitoring the whole process of the ticket items, and closes the alarms within the SLA.
5. Perform task list and pro-active measures for Radio Access Network elements.
6. Submitting the daily maintenance report to Network Monitoring team leader.
7. Implement approved changes and modification.
8. Coordination with change control and other concern groups regarding change and implementation.
