• Closely interacting with business users to get the UAT and UAT approvals.

• Managing SAP Finance Team, allocating the SRQ's and etc.
• Working on Migration Project
• Actively be part of and work with Internal SAP Support Level 2, 3 teams to resolve and functional or SAP process related tickets.
• Manage SAP level 2, 3 line incidents and problems with a working knowledge of change, incident and problem management techniques using tools like ChaRM, JIRA etc
• As per client requirements new changes creating and completing the Development, Testing and Deploying to Production System.
• Prioritize Support requests with end users and pro-actively resolve them.
