• Managed all procurement activities and managing full procurement cycle by planning, researching, reviewing, sourcing, soliciting, tendering, negotiating, awarding, administering and closing out Purchase Orders for Offshore materials and equipment requirement such as Long Lead Items (LLI) Mechanical Packages (Gas Turbine Generators, Fire Water Pump, Fuel Gas Heaters and Switchgears), bulk materials including Steel Structures, Electrical / Instrumentation items, Piping material as well as high valued packages such as Flexible Flowlines (estimated value at USD 7 Million), Subsea Umbilical (estimated value at USD 11 Million), Subsea Valves (USD 4 Million) etc.

* Initiated early notification system in MAXIMO ERP System to alert Buyers in renewing
and/or increasing Price Agreements’ budget 2-months ahead of expiry date and instigated
a bi-weekly “Pro-Active” Expediting Report to increase “On-Time” deliveries by more than
4% (higher than target minimum 84%) to ensure uninterrupted supply of required
materials are purchased through Price Agreement Contracts
