Assigned as head of support services unit supervising a group of five people working as cost controllers, material specialists and administration work for general management of engineering and maintenance department.We help technical people, project engineers to do only their technical work and we take care of follow-up commercial invoices, material purchase orders with concerned departments like finance department, supply department and board
of directors of the company for getting all requested approval before transferring invoices, purchase orders for payment, action by auditing departments, etc.
I'm having the ability and experience to follow-up and get Big purchase orders mainly in the oil field sector who has Enough and budget and short time for payment. Based on my experience,knowledge and excellent relationship with concerned departments like supply department (overseas purchases) and finance department. This advantage enables me to get more new purchase orders and of course more money for the concerned supplier.the supplier is not to worry about local affairs inside Libya.All civil projects belongs to government like big civil erections,seaports and all departments,companies which need machinary,equpipments,heavy duty,tractors, forklifts,transportation of all means,spare parts is the main line of my experience and is the main purpose of my legal licensed office which is located in Benghazi,Libya
