KHK Scaffolding & Formwork LLC is a leading manufacturer and trader of scaffolding and formwork products located in the Ajman, U.A.E.
Exporting scaffolding & Formwork items to USA, UK, Australia, Canada & All over the countries in Middle East & Far East. And having worldwide sale offices and commission agents and have more than 800 employees.
• Preparation of quotations according to the sales team requirement.
• Maintaining customer purchase order and executing in time.
• Coordinating with accounts for generating Invoice against each purchase order,
• Coordinate with sales team.
• Filling, Documentation and admin work.
• Handling the Customer enquiries over the telephone.
• preparing quotations, Sales Invoices, Introduction Letter & Proforma Invoice and
Maintaining a separate register for quotations and Orders.
• Being the Sales coordinator receiving all the sales enquiries and replying them up to the customer satisfaction.
• Reporting to the General Manager & Export Manager meanwhile bearing their additional responsibilities.
• Being Secretary to GM, executing business correspondence, keeping customer wise records including prices. Attending and answering business call in the absence of GM, and act as the custodian of top business secrets up to the expectation of my boss.
Logistic Dept. - Material Delivery, Stock Maintain and Delivery planning (Customer wise) arranging vehicles for deliveries,
IT Department: System Formatting & System Hardware (Window XP / 2000 / 98, Vista, Windows 7 & windows 8) Software & Hardware Installation and Troubleshooting System & Printers, Scanners, Networking & Troubleshooting.
BCA - (Bachelors of Computer Applications - Annamalai University Tamil Nadu, India)
HSC - Higher Secondary (Math's) Tamil Nadu.
