within Khansaheb Facilities Management’s contract with Mohammed Al Shaya, supervising multiple teams and working with store managers, operating the facilities management for over 120 stores located across The Dubai Mall and Mall of the Emirates.
•Operate and delegate all outstanding work orders created by our client to meet SLA targets.
•Create team scheduling to ensure our clients assets are well kept and functional to prevent asset losses due to facility issues.
•Inspect client assets periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance.
•Good communication with clients to ensure proper scheduling of my team’s access to the assets and paper work requested for site visits.
•Help my team to detect facility faults in the client’s assets and assist in the preparation for the work in hand by dealing with contractors for materials and outside equipment being ordered or rented within time to meet SLA targets.
•Ensuring health and safety regulations (QHSE) are met at all times by myself and my team.

•Good communication skills with my team, manufacturing personnel’s, project supervisors, technical leads and clients
•Perform major repair on mechanical systems, with extensive knowledge of medical gas systems
•Supervise and perform installation and initial startup of engineering equipment
•Trouble shooting, identify and debug production problems
•Ensure accident estimates are prepared promptly and repairs are done timely
•Help make decisions on equipment’s, materials and subcontract sources needed
•Effective planned and reactive maintenance
•Immediate responses to defaults and repairs needed, must be prompt as it effects the operations of major hospital
•Ensuring compliance to the maintenance budget

• Learning and developing all key skills in heating engineering
• Working along large capacity and major companies in identifying defaults, repairing and troubleshooting engineering equipment
• Assisting engineers and supervisors in installation and initial startup of engineering equipment
• Designing and planning complex engineering projects
