environment.
• Lead technical authority for in-service weapon systems and MRO execution
• Ensure operational readiness, field recovery, and lifecycle sustainment of deployed systems
• Manage end-to-end commercial execution including quotation preparation, repair planning, and PO coordination
• Coordinate HQ engineering, logistics, OEMs, and military stakeholders
• Lead failure analysis, troubleshooting, and rapid system restoration activities

• Drive modernization and upgrade activities for deployed systems
• Key Achievement: 400+ M USD project delivery, and after sales support. Platform integration in isolated and mission
critical locations, managed teams in different countries for project completion, increased availability of RCWS for
different end-users

Managing all technical aspects of and recording all MRO activities of the company in the region
▪ Developing professional client relationships in order to have a stable foundation for future
business opportunities
▪ Responsible for daily operations and continuous improvement of the products (new arrivals, in
Warranty or out of Warranty)
▪ Overseeing technical teams (MRO technicians, R&D and integrated logistics teams from HQ)
▪ Field support engineer role for the deployed products (related activities, training technical
assessment for repair activities, testing etc)
▪ System design engineer role for the technical aspects of the operations (related activities:
technical survey & assessment, for new projects, identifying customer requirement and
performance expectations, coordination with project management and R&D teams)
