Evaluation of bids, supervising the preparation of comparison sheets, development of Award Recommendation Reports (ARR) to provide information to higher management substantiating the selection criteria of the awarded bidder.
Organizing and participating the pre-tender, pre-award and post award/kick off meetings with the selected bidders in order to negotiate both commercial and contractual terms and conditions.
