• Participating in any networking operational issues tasks of all the ongoing projects in Organization.
• Cooperate the sales and service team about network.
• Meeting with clients, site survey, and brief the complete network architecture and explain their requirements.
• Handling the different project with various clients and working as Home Base engineer.

• Managing the MENA (Middle East and North Africa) Region. In which included 8 countries and 20 sites, and these are under my responsibility regarding network and system administration.
• Coordinate every country local IT support engineer for check and monitor the network.
• Coordinate and communicate with global Offnet VPN provider Orange network.
• Communicate with every country local ISP about the connection of internet if we face any issue or need any quotation.

• Troubleshoot complex Layer 2 & Layer 3 network issues.

• Monitor and configure the global DHCP server Infoblox.
• Design and implement long-term strategic goals and short-term tactical plans to make certain network capacity and plans meet existing and future requirements.
• Document the company’s existing network architecture and portfolio; make recommendations for improvements and/or alternatives.
• Monitor server logs, firewall logs, intrusion detection logs, network traffic for unusual activity and to interpret activity and make recommendations for resolution.
• Working on Cisco ACS, WLC (5520).
