Roles and Responsibilities:
• Key responsibilities include timely closure of books, Month end close/Year end close processes, revenue, receivable management, expense and financial statement report preparation in accordance with IFRS
• Preparation of In-house Financial Statements for the Company for Banks.
• Serves as the accountant for Saudi & other related entities in areas of Finance & Accounts Management enabling the organizational finance goals
• Act in partnership with the manager/controller/other functional leads/ managers to optimize the delivery & comply with financial & operational excellence framework
• Central point of contact for enabling day to day transaction process, its accounting, documentation Master data maintenance/Reconciliation/Compliance & Control of book keeping, insurance & vendor management
• Ensure that for all engagements, documentation such as billing, invoicing, support evidences & its accounting is kept updated and a minimum level of BCP is ensured through cross trainings
• Preparation of the budget and forecast
• Assisting in Financial planning of Operation of the organization
• Dealing with Debtors & Creditors & preparing their Reconciliation Statements
