* get the annual report for spare parts consumption by all the branches for the academic year through

* prepare the PR(purchase Requisition) by ERP.
* handle all the data entry works for the Customer Service department of the company.
* I.e. Prepare the PAR (Product Analysis Report) for maintaining the Monthly record of the product
serviced every month.
* prepare the Product Analysis Summary of the products serviced due to manufacture failure.
* prepare the PESR (Product Evaluation Summary Report) for maintain the Record of the manufacture
failure Products serviced Semi Annually and Annually basis.
* verify the GRR (Goods Receiving Report) after the Ordered Spare Parts are sent by the Supplier.
* prepare the Inventory Control Guide for the academic year so as to distribute the spare parts to all
branches accordingly and to maintain the minimum Maximum level of the Spare parts to be stored in a
stock of branches and main store as well.
* prepare the spare parts status Report weekly.
* prepare Spare parts issue order on the basis of Requisition Request sent by the appropriate branch and
send it to the Main Store so that the item requested by the branch has to be issued in time by the Main
Store.
* prepare the acknowledgment for the issued order sent to the branch.
* prepare a Spare Parts warranty Claim form for claiming the Spare Parts used for the products under
warranty and for maintaing the records of the same, and get it claimed by the appropriate Supplier
every month.
