Gurmat plants, which have total electricity power generation capasity of 260 MW, consist of 2 double flash power plants and 6 binary plants. Each power plant is controlled and managed by seperate PLC system which are Siemens S7-400, Allen Bradley Control logics and Mitsubishi. Between the PLCs communications is sustained by profibus, ethernet and devicenet. Scheduled maintenance, troubleshoting activities carried out.
Aksa Power Plant is located in Yalova region to provide steam and electricity to the other neighbour group factories. Consist of 4 STG and their auxiliaries. (99 MW Man-25 MW Bruno-2x10, 5 Franco Tosi steam turbines). Total installed power capacity is 140MW. Development and correction projects were carried out to improve the performance of the power generation and distribution system such as 154 kV GIS extension, 34, 5 kV transformer stations modernizations, 99 MW STG installation projects. These projects worked with the following basic responsibilities as an Electrical and I&C Project Manager.
• Management of electricity generation team, which consist of 30 operators and 2 electrical engineers.
• Maintained and fostered contacts with consultants, contractors, vendors and material suppliers.
• Served as an interface between the Electrical Engineering team and internal clients to facilitate interdepartmental relations.
• Assisted with the development of new electrical engineering standards and maintained and improved existing standards and guidelines. Subcontructor management
• Acted as a subject matter expert regarding some electrical engineering activities ensuring that project needs and objectives were met.
• Prepared electrical-related scope documents, exhibits, budgets, specifications, schedules and Requests for Proposal (RFPs).
• Produced quality electrical engineering plans, ensuring compliance with department, project, company, utility, regional electrical entity and industry requirements and standards were met.
• Follow up project milestones and execution..
• Managed project financial budgets, prepared payroll and ensured projects were completed by required deadlines and within budget
• (Erection, Commissioning, Start Up). Supervising electrical and I&C system / equipment installation & erection activities in order to comply with applicable codes, norms, regulations and standards,
-Entek Bursa CCPP is located in Bursa Demirtas Industrial Zone. There are 4 aero-derivative type gas turbines (3xLM6000, 1 LM2500), their related heat recovery steam generators, 2 steam turbines, 2 demin water plants and auxiliary systems in the plant. Total installed power capacity is 225MW.
•15MW steam turbine-generator relocation project. As an Electrical Project Manager new siemens excitation system, new vibration system, instrument installation and commissioning works have been executed.
•100 t/h RO Deminarilzed water plant installation works completed and commisioned.
•Scheduled maintenance planning of LM2500 and LM6000 Gas Turbines, Steam Turbines, HRSGs, Demin Water Plant and their auxiliaries.
•Implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance.
•Troubleshooting of alarms and unscheduled events, breakdowns of LM2500 and LM6000 gas turbines, via woodward turbine control system (Micronet) and Control Assistant (SOE) program.
•Conduct the correspondence with the vendor about the issues and/or events for LM2500 and LM6000 gas turbines
•Calibration and maintenance of gas metering valves, variable stator vanes, water injection valves, temperature and pressure transducers, electrical instruments of gas turbines, .
•Logic blocks, function blocks, graphical applications and required software/hardware changes in WDPF DCS system.
