Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment
• Working on workforce planning by addressing company needs and aligning the plan with the strategy.
• Led the recruitment cycle from hunting (Talent acquisition, Interviews, Job post, Contacting and negotiating with the candidates to the hiring stage at different levels).
• Full knowledge of LinkedIn recruiter and ATS.
• Onboarding planning and orientation, making sure that the employee is fully engaged.

• HR operations (Health insurance, GOSI, Qiwa, and payroll)
• Assessing the recruitment process.
• internal communication planning by making sure the company is fully aware of the public activities and by participating with the employee in his/her special event to increase engagement and loyalty
• Planning and implementation of the GDP. Filtration, interviews, making sure all documents needed are completed.
• HR reports such as Databases, manpower planning, vacancies reports, probation period, and turnover.
