As a Commodity Broker, I do provide a wide range of tools to help my clients and private investors make the best commodities and derivatives trading decisions for excellent rewards in the form of earning clients’ trust, growing my clients’ database, and monetary commissions. I have learned how to conduct comprehensive market research and analysis on the commodity trading landscape. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, buyers, mandates, intermediaries, and industry contacts. Identify trading opportunities and execute profitable transactions on behalf of my clients and in accordance with company policy and objectives.

I do manage the entire trading process, including; monitoring and identifying emerging trends of the industry, price fluctuations, and regulatory changes affecting the international commodity market. Also, negotiations, contract preparations, and logistics coordination. Initiate and facilitate banking documentation, SWIFT Codes, all types of letters of credit (L/C), and demand guarantees for bank-to-bank transactions. In addition to collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient trade execution and delivery in order to conclude a successful deal.

My legal and business related studies have helped my abilities to facilitate international trade and promote a balanced regulatory legal framework for international “B2B” transactions, by creating model sales/purchase contracts “SPA”, that facilitate trade between Buyers and Sellers worldwide and between companies of all sizes and sectors. Also, provide “Due Diligence and Documentation”, in order to be able to offer complete and accurate information about a potential Buyer or Seller, enabling all parties to make informed decisions about their investment.
