JOB DESCRIPTION:
To manage and grow accounts through strong interpersonal skills, the development of innovative creative ideas and excellent organisation.
Responsible for liaising between the client and other staff to coordinate advertising campaigns.

•Developing a clear understanding of your clients’ brand(s), category and customers
•Monitoring and understanding your clients’ markets; be aware of market issues and competitive activity
•Keeping clients informed; ensure reports are on time and are kept in a central location so the rest of the team can locate if necessary.
•meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements & POS;
•working with Factory & creative team to devise an advertising campaign that meets the clients brief & budget.
•presenting, alongside colleagues, the campaign ideas and budget to the client;
•to brief media, creative and research staff, and assisting with the formulation of marketing strategies .
•liaising with, and acting as the link between, the client and advertising agency by maintaining regular contact with both, ensuring that communication flows effectively;
•negotiating with clients and company staff about the details of campaigns;
•presenting creative work to clients for approval or modification;
•handling budgets, managing campaign costs and invoicing clients;
•writing client reports;
•monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns;
•Ensuring all billing is completed on time
•Arranging & attending meetings & Handling other administrative tasks effectively.
•Making 'pitches', along with other directors, to try to win new business for the agency.
Reporting directly to the organization’s Group Commercial Director as well as the Country Sales Manager. My responsibilities included;
*Being part of the Order processing team. Creating Orders, Processing and ensuring timely delivery of goods to customers.
*Independently Handled and supervised Rohm & Haas/Dow Sales Division as well as Bulk Division. One Point Contact for Customers and Suppliers by Quoting the Customers the price of the Products. *Negotiate the price with the supplier and ensure the customer receives the product on time. Ensure 100% customer satisfaction. *Prepare Original Documents and send it to Customers Bank. *Ensure receipt of timely payment from Customer & ensuring suppliers are paid on time.
*Single point of contact for all existing customer/purchase related inquires/complaints - Ensure timely response & solutions on the pricing, delivery, logistic, finance queries .
*Keep a constant tab on stock levels and ensure this is communicated to Sales Managers in all locations. Also liaise with clients / suppliers as well as senior management in the organizations global offices.
*Ensure Customer/ Supplier data and documents are stored and fed accurately in the system.
*Part of the Pilot team for Launching the JD Edwards system.Train new entrants to the department to ensure they are on par with team dynamics
*Make Daily/Weekly Sales/Purchase Reports and submit to Group Commercial Director.
*Selected “Employee of the Year” in 2008 and 2010
Reporting directly to Managing Director and General Manager of the company.
Job Profile
Handle all the correspondence and all other important tasks independently
Compose and edit all correspondence on behalf of superiors, in their absence.
Prepare and assist the Managing Director during all important meetings locally and abroad
