As an instructor of English, I am responsible for assessing students learning needs, planning lessons in a way that address those needs, monitoring, teaching and evaluating students performance.

As an instructor of English, I was responsible for getting to know about the different learning needs of the students that I teach, plan lessons in a way that would satisfy those needs, deliver the different sessions to the high standards required by the university,
assist, monitor, and evaluate students performance.

My Job responsibilities included -but where not limited to- the following; Teaching and educating fresh graduates about the Basic Business Skills throughout the BBSA program (Basic Business Skills Acquisition Program) and GRP (Graduate Reform Program) Sponsored by the Future Generation Foundation (FGF) . That included;

Enhancing their Presentation & project development skills

Helping them Acquire the basic business skills including: marketing, sales, business correspondence and report writing

Teaching them different courses such as office management, code of ethics, employement qualifier program and how to give a presentation.

-SRP program (Schools Reform Program)- which is another program that I worked in - training teachers on the modern teaching techniques as we well as giving them 4 levels of English in addition to business correspondence and report writing.
