Supervise and organize the tasks of the department and the distribution of tasks to workers according to the workload.
Plan - do - check - act the “Leadership performance methodology” which includes all organizations councils, committees and teamwork.
Prepare a database for all leadership performance to follow up on their performance and results.
Member of the recruiting committee.
Implementing Business Excellence towards leadership performance.
Leadership budget tracking and reporting.
Responsible for writing governance reports on the performance of leadership performance and results to the board.
Responsible for quality compliance and adhering to ISO standards.
Responsible for the corporation's internal and external Governance report.
Implement and work on Dubai Government Excellence Program teams and Quality Assurance projects.
Implementing the ADDIE training model, to obtain a Training Need Assessment (TSA) to identify the performance gap based on (other division needs, complaints, "secret customer" report, government needs etc.).
To outline the performance objective in the Design Phase.
To develop a solution for the performance using the information gathered previously.
To implement and then to use Kirkpatrick model to evaluate the training.
Designing training based on the strategic goals of the organization, Government needs and performance management.
Coordinate with international partners to implement shared training.
Working in a team to deliver training that are satisfactory to all relevant levels.
Effectively planning, tracking and reporting training budget.
Identifying training & development needs through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with Leaders, HR departments and Quality Assurance Departments.
Responsible for quality compliance and adhering to ISO standards.
Implement and work on Dubai Government Excellence Program teams and Quality Assurance projects.
