Monthly closing of books of Accounts, Income Statement, Balance Sheet preparation and reporting for consolidation.
Budget preparation and adhering to budgeted figures and variance reporting.
Production-Sales Reporting of Bulk Milk, Livestock Valuation Reporting, Weekly Flash Reporting, assisting in stores activities e.g. issuance, reconciliations, verification, Local Purchase Orders etc.
As an auditor I am doing following works here:
1. Concurrent audits of two banks on regular basis.
2. Stock audits of clients of banks on regular basis.
3. Assisting the clients for the finalization of their accounts filing of income-tax returns.
4. Creation of charge on assets for the procurement of funds from banks.
5. Internal audits of some clients to ensure compliance of all accounting standards and policies of the company.
6. Some trivial audits like school audits, club charitable organizations audit etc.
1) Handling individual files which included preparation of their accounts and submission of their Income Tax Returns.
2) Study of variance accounting standards, guidance notes and other relevant notifications related to audit assignments.
3) Conducting auditing and finalization of financial statements.
4) Discussions of audit issues with seniors.
5) Verifying documents and working papers and to check their
compliance s with the standards communicated to us.
6) Preparation of notes to accounts, CARO disclosures and other explanatory statements.
