 Review the process of investment management by assessing key financial and commercial data available for new potential ventures.

 Perform sensitivity analysis on feasibility studies and business plan assumptions and identify key risk
 Prepare periodical cash flow forecasts and assess capital structure to suggest best-suited funding options for the investments.
 Consolidate/aggregate all feasibility studies and development financial plans to provide portfolio level analysis.
 On continuous basis, review the performance of investments vs. the initial assumptions and highlight performance gaps to top management for corrective actions
 Review existing businesses’ results, carry out analysis and advise on improvement of income streams and cost efficiencies
 Establish periodic and accurate forecasting process to support the formulation of informed business strategies and direction by Company leadership
 Prepare Senior Committee with detailed investment analysis to support the decision making process.

 Experience in all stages of investment cycle including deal sourcing, origination, screening and evaluation (deal analysis, financial modelling and due diligence), transaction closing and post investment portfolio monitoring and managing investments including Exit planning, product knowledge and developing relationships
 Develop and research new investment ideas and perform continuing due diligence on existing investments.
