In the Roca group, I was in charge of 3 main sales channels: domestic OEM channel, Roca Brand responsibility in Turkey, and intercompany sales. The summary of my responsibilities is in below.

Export Sales Representative
My role in this position was very similar to “key account executive”. I was assigned sales, project management, technical support, order confirmations, open order book control, payment performance evaluation, shipment organization, and reporting related to the accounts that I oversee.
Some important highlights are below.
•
The management of the biggest customer of the company as well as the headquarters of Essentra Components Group
•
The company won the Nokia/Foxconn project in the region of China under my management. The revenue from this region increased from 60 K Euro to 155 K Euro in the first year, to 466 K Euro in the second year. This was one of the success stories of the relevant years that all Essentra Component Group is proud of.
•
I was managing between %25-%30 of the export volume which is approximately 3-4 M Euro in 2018.
•
I created the product group-based reporting system for the company and provide training for my superiors to use that reporting. Also created a packing list draft that recognizes the product description and packing details which helped the export operations.
•
I found the chance to work with many high-profile customers and projects.
•
I reduced the costs and transit times of weekly export truck shipments.
