Duties and Responsibilities: (Cashier)
-Before or after the shift starts or ends, accuracy in counting the cash floats
-Responsible for counting the payments due from the customers and accepting diff. forms of payments from cash, credit cards, checked or gift voucher.
-Accuracy in accepting the payments as well as providing a change for cash purchases, the right amount in posting in a credit card machine and getting the signature of the owner.
-Familiarize of the system machine being used for the cashiering.
-Proper endorsement for the next cashier user for all the transaction left.
-Cashier is responsible also for a customer service and a friendly manner.
-Ensure also the cleanliness of the area assign.
-Checking also the receipt that has been done through out the shift from cash to credit card and various forms of payments as well as the cash total of all of transactions.


(Waitress)
-Welcoming the guests
-Offering some drinks to start with
-Accurate order taking of drinks and foods
-Checking the area for clearance
-If not busy doing mis-en-place, folding napkins, arranging the cutleries, cleaning areas, wiping glass and plates
-Attending the needs of the guests especially if there are special orders to be taken
-Checking the tables if the set-up is complete
-Knowledge in the menu
-Offering promos and as well as up-selling items which are not saleable
-monitoring the items for expiration
-Counting the items for inventory as well as requesting
-A waitress should be friendly, a smile on their face and be generous
-knowledge also in the system to be use
-A waitress should also be aware if the guests has allergy
