• Handling the complete recruitment process which includes consulting with managers regarding staffing needs, job advertising, liaison with external agencies and interviewing all levels of candidates.
• Developing and implementing programs to attract and retain employees who are required to meet immediate and future business needs.

• Preparing all legal documentation for the company in order to issue an Industrial License and other government permits during the business setup in Abu Dhabi.
• Handling all Labor and immigration related matters directly with the relevant authorities.
• Responsible for Issuing and handling the company’s legal documentation with various Ministries in UAE i.e. Industrial Development Bureau, Department of Economic Development, Ministry of Energy, Chamber of Commerce, Waste Management Authorities, Civil Defense and various other entities linked to the industrial areas in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
• Responsible for managing Business travel needs for corporate staff which includes Flights, Visas & Lodging. Vacation travel arrangement for production and admin staff.
• Preparing the Annual Budget forecasts for the company and ensuring actual expenditure tracking keeping in mind cost saving possibilities.
• Preparing and maintaining employees records i.e. Job Offers, Contracts, Appraisal process etc.
• Managing Medical and Life Insurance policies for all employees. This includes assessing table of benefits and Premium negotiations, addition of new members, Deletion of outgoing staff and claim management.
• Liaising with the Finance team to ensure posting of invoices, ensure cash requirements are met and payment to vendors are done on a timely basis.
• Linked closely with the ERP Team (Infor LN) in implementing the HR Module.
