I’m handling of (24 Restaurants) as Encoder, Purchaser, take stock inventory, controllable and cash checks to provide accurate data needed for ordering supplies and identify shortages and overages, Assisting all the Restaurant Managers for some troubleshoot in ordering and inventory procedures operating (SAP) System Application Product for Inventory. Providing and Updating the Codes, descriptions and packaging for new items, and preparing some restaurant forms (sales tracking, inventory, memo and updates).Coordinating the Supply chain in some item quality concern and recommendation.
2013 - 2014 Supervisor, Supervision of restaurant operation procedure, including makes decisions during assigned shifts that are within established operating policy. Interacting with costumers, resolve guest complaints to ensure that quality and hygiene standards are maintained. Supervise the preparation opening and closing procedure. Ensuring that security systems relating to cash, stock assets are effectively implemented and maintained. Strictly adhere with the municipality laws, rules and regulations.
