• Oversee all sales & marketing campaigns.
• Run digital marketing campaigns, set budget for social media spending, google ads, partnership services.
• Lead and manage sales consultants, train them on the product, support them in sales.
• Search for leads, and find prospects, set up meetings, offer our media and marketing services.
• Manage forecasts, sales reports, renewals, up-sales, and achieve set targets.
• Identify and assess market opportunities, while maintaining an effective external communication and strong relationship with key constituents.
• Leading the sales to a 133% increase in annual revenue, exceeding all expectations and forecast for the first time in the company's 5 years in UAE.
• Reporting directly to the CEO, giving forecast on the weeks and months ahead, while providing regular reports.
• Create presentations, pitches, sales plan and strategy for sales meetings with key decision makers who need database.
• Generate leads and attend meetings alone with decision makers, and also attend with sales executives and key account managers, in support to push for on-the-spot sale.
• Lead and manage a team of sales consultants and key account managers, and hold sales strategy briefings to share ideas and motivate the sales team members every morning. Responsible for training and managing the two best sales consultants with the best sales average in company history.
• Internal communication to share feedback on meetings, customer needs, current market situation and report to CEO.
• Oversee and manage over 2500 accounts of our existing clients from all industries in UAE (B2B, B2C, B2G).
• Develop & implement business plans to commercialize high potential products offering in key market segments.
• Presenting company portfolio to Government for collaboration and approval to navigate the whole of UAE.
• Regularly prepare presentations beforehand, while meeting with decision makers to discuss marketing and IT solutions.
• Create leads by various means including cold-calling, close deals and work closely with clients to understand their needs.
• Adhering to previously defined target market, utilizing creative ways to sell hard-to-reach departmental heads.
• Liaising with all sales and marketing team to ensure all efforts are synchronized.
• Work closely with the senior managers and deliver daily report on meetings, schedules, and activities.
• Manage various accounts including initiation, analysis monitoring, and evaluating new opportunities.
• Assess customer reactions to sales, marketing and database activities and present findings to the senior manager.
• Consistent performance and over-achievement by increasing sales averaging 160% monthly, revenue over AED 200, 000.
• Integrating new sales and marketing plans with strategies, liaising with the American branch to penetrate Gulf market.
• Cold-calling and searching for prospects, to build a pipeline of potentials.
• Account management for signed clients, following up and making sure their goals are being met.
• Research marketing trends and present key findings to marketing & brand managers for future marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze UAE market development in terms of total market, market share and growth.
• Effective use of CRM and following all relevant operational procedures.
• Ensure sales and marketing guidelines are adhered to locally and provide support to our clients to achieve goals.
• Achieving company targets usually over 135% and over 170% during peak months.
• Oversee campaigns and ensure results are delivered to client while working closely with head of marketing in research.
• Cooperate with sales and marketing, and then come up with sales and marketing strategies for renewals and up-sales.
• Sound communication & interpersonal skills with unsatisfied clients and making sure all issues are being resolved.
• Managing day-to-day events of sales; start the day and end the day with reports and findings to management.
