Duties and Responsibilities:
•Financial Management: budgeting & expense control, ensuring that the club operates as a profitable business unit, controlling income & expenses against budget & management according to company standards in order to reduce risk (salary requirements, audit reports etc)
•Facility & Project Management: Overall operations of the facility, responsible for managing and overseeing the Health & Safety standards of the facility, managing preventative & corrective maintenance procedures according to company policy, including refurbishment and development projects.
•People Management: responsible for the recruitment, development and training of staff, ensuring that all information is communicated effectively to staff and tenant compliment, implementing and adhering to required policies, procedures and systems, managing the sales team.
•Customer Experience: Implementing & sustaining a strong member focus & end to end great customer experience, providing solutions to demanding member bases on queries and complaints in line with the company policy, ensuring excellent customer service according to the company and brand standards.
•Competitor Analysis: Understanding how to mitigate competitor risk, conducting regular analysis of the competitor landscape and notifying national management of potential risk

Leading and managing a team of about 45 staff members in a facility that catered for about 4000 members.

•Actively promoting all relevant ancillary offerings to both new and existing members, prioritizing an irresistible member experience.
•Developing optimum staffing schedules to ensure adequate floor coverage.
•Implementing and effectively delivering on all exercise-related strategies in club.
•Assist with sales growth and retention in accordance with the company goals
