• Support the School to recruit applicants to all programmes and achieve the student enrolment targets.
• To manage the design and production of marketing materials including the school prospectus, leaflets,
posters, flyers, newsletter, e‐newsletter, DVDs, advertisements and the school’s Yearbook as well as dealing with the DTCM for licenses.
• Responsible for coordinating on‐campus recruitment events, including Open Days, targeted visits from nurseries, Relocation Companies, HR Managers and other relevant potential customers.
• To liaise and network with a range of stakeholders, e.g. potential parents, suppliers, colleagues,
partner organizations, community groups etc.
• Annual marketing plan and budgets and strategy planning
• Build and ensure the school’s website and Facebook is updated actively and correctly
• Manage positive relations with media and obtain PR coverage
• Manage all prospective parents’ enquiries and track all enquiries

• Develop a reliable and accurate marketing information system (statistics, target market info, competitor research) to facilitate strategic decision making for marketing & management purposes.

Renaissance Hotel got deflagged and became part of IHG, the general manager of IHG fesval city promoted me and offered me a more challenging position. I went from doing PR and Marketing for 1 property to 4.
Being the Marketing Communications executive for 4 properties i would do:
• Annual communication plan and monthly tactical promotions
• ROI and monthly reports
• Partnerships proposals and negotiations
• F&B and Spa event planning, promotion and execution
• Create artwork and design/concept for collaterals and brief agencies
• Competitor analysis and reports
• Build and maintain good relationships with the media and obtain coverage
• Direct advertising and promotional programs to stimulate sales and generate effective market exposure of products and services via various media forms
