Duties and Responsibilities
• Responsible for the maintenance of the entire company fleet
• Document all service records, and schedule upcoming services
• Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing sales outlets and other trade factors.
• Responsible for part of strategic planning and the development of the set plans for the portfolio
• Monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques etc.
• Resolving customers complains (if any) by investigating problems; developing solutions, preparing reports, making recommendations to management.
• Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
• Keeping management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly plans, and monthly and annual territory analysis

• Greeting and welcoming customers when entering the shop, and servicing existing clients
