• Golden Sands Tower, Sharjah: Year 2013, 396 units with 6000 Sqft commercial.
• Golden Sands Tower, Al Barsha: Year 2015, 144 units with 35000 Sqft retails space.
• New properties in UAQ: Year 2016, 277 units with 6000 Sqft space.
• Zeenah building, opposite City center: Year 2015, 84 units with 14 offices and 14 retail shops.

 Managed the progress of the company’s property and assets.

 Improved the efficiency in organizations and performance in asset management and utilizing it across the company.


 Collaborated with the other service heads and managed the service improvement projects to deliver the Property and Assets strategy and supported other key strategies within the company

 Effectively prepared and managed the budgets of the business.
