Managing a team of 5 project coordinators and 18 Commercial/ provincial projects in an extremely dynamic environment. I assumed Operations Manager position temporarily managing 35 employees in total including a team of 5 drafters/ detailers, estimators, Structural Engineer and fabrication employees. Responsible for scheduling, budgeting, cost controlling, planning, procurement, RFIs, progress and erection at site. Manage contractors working on different site from negotiation of contract to delivering/logistics and completion of projects including closing reports/ inspection reports and documentations as well as invoicing/ collecting and managing changes in the scope of work. I act as a single point of contact for customers.

 Initiated a KPI monitoring system for entire remanufacturing centre utilizing Lean Manufacturing
 Worked with the Senior Management to change highly resistant culture to a direction oriented, self driven and self sustain entity.
