In my current role, I contribute to efficient project management, progress monitoring, and co-ordination meetings, including facilitation of project kickoff meetings with clients and subcontractors. I retain smooth running of all project phases, including bidding, pricing, drawing evaluation, budget management, and performance scheduling. I assess MEP subcontractors' schedules, timelines, and work quality for timely completion and adherence to exacting quality standards. I supervise and manage construction phases while retaining quality control standards and compliance with international codes and project specifications. I offer regular project status updates to management during weekly staff meetings.

• Achieved LEED certification by showcasing commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility.
• Scrutinised risk assessment plans and enforced safety regulations to create and maintain clean and safe work environment at all times.
• Assessed and approved O&M manuals for building systems, electrical, and mechanical installations submitted by MEP subcontractors while ensuring completeness and compliance with established standards.
• Facilitated seamless handover of projects to clients and local authorities for smooth transition.
• Steered team to ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, project timelines, and budget constraints.
• Optimized to system and reduced cost by assessing and managing value engineering detailed in order.
