• Manages and attends social occasions, business events with the CEO or other team members as needed, ensuring that the company is represented professionally
• General office management such as purchasing office supplies and equipment, website maintenance, management of corporate accounts, contracts and payments with supplier, vendor/client relationships, produces expense reports and handles petty cash
• Acts as the HR person - managing employee leaves, group medical insurance, administration of benefits, sourcing and recruitment of new employees, handling visa and cancellation, company formation
