• Hazard analysis and risk assessment
• Conduct risk assessments of adverse events as directed by the PH SMS
• Assist responsible managers with the preparation of full and sufficient risk assessments of all Falcon activities, operations and facilities
• Investigation of incidents as directed by the PH SMS
• Conduct audits and inspections of offshore helidecks, onshore helipads, helicopter landing sites, line stations and other offshore facilities
• Conduct audits and inspections of ground operations, preparing reports and requesting corrective and preventive action from responsible managers
• Conduct other audits and inspections as directed by the AM or PH SMS
• Oversight and management of the company’s FDM programme and software, including:
- Monitoring data upload consistency and data quality
- Identification of adverse trends in flight operations
- Preparation of FDM statistics and event reports
- Continuously ensuring that FDM parameters and settings are current and in line with company SOPs and flight limitations
- Continuously ensuring that all system changes and component changes related to FDM are recorded
- Liaison with FDM gatekeepers for the analysis and investigation of critical exceedances of defined thresholds
- Reporting of exceedances of certain parameters to internal and external parties
- Conducting monthly FDM meetings with chief pilots, gatekeepers and safety personnel
• Act as Emergency Response Coordinator, ensuring that the ERP is current and effective, including the development of emergency exercises and the identification of further training requirements
• Development and delivery of Safety Management System training to all company staff
• Other Duties:
- Researching, documenting and disseminating operational safety information of general or specific interest to operations personnel
- Develop and implement specific safety campaigns at the direction of the PH SMS
- Monitor the safety standards of Falcon operations at Al Bateen Executive Airport with particular reference to safe working practices, potential obstructions and the company’s ability to provide a safe working environment

• Serve as primary administrator of the Q-Pulse software for safety reporting and the Aerobytes software for flight data monitoring (FDM)
• Serve as first point of contact for all accident, incident and near miss reports and provide immediate assistance as required
• Investigation of adverse events at the direction of the PH SMS
• Monitor completion of investigations within laid down timescales, alerting senior management to non-compliance in accordance with current procedures
• Prepare mandatory occurrence reports for the regulatory authorities when required
• Conduct HSE induction for new joiners and safety briefings for on-site contractors
• Conduct Q-Pulse training for all new employees
• Management of the company’s random Drug & Alcohol testing programme
• Provide assistance in risk assessment of ground, maintenance and flight operations
• Publication of monthly compliance statistics, FDM events and safety bulletins
• Monthly inspections of HSE equipment and first aid kits
• Support the development and maintenance of the company’s safety management system through activities including:
- Internal monitoring of flight safety performance and KPIs
- Risk assessments and management of change processes
- Assisting with emergency response planning, setup and implementation
• Assist with the alignment of company HSE policies & procedures with the ADEHSMS (DoT)

Design, development and implementation of an overall onboarding experience for new hires comprising of the initial joining formalities, preparation and delivery of induction training and a 45 day mentoring program to help new employees adapt to the new work environment and culture.

Design and Maintenance of websites, including logo and other graphic designs. Handling Marketing Projects and design of business cards, letterheads, flyers, posters, billboards and other advertising material.
