- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies for Kabrita in UAE, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia & Qatar
- Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and a/b testing and reporting
- Oversee and manage all activities in relation to website performance
- Work closely with marketing, content, and tech team to coordinate product and campaign launches
- Coordinate with other teams on the execution of brand, marketing, and e-commerce activities

Create a comprehensive strategy for multiple retail brand websites (GCC); ACE, Watsons, Kiabi, B&Q, Marks & Spencer, Toys ‘R’ Us, Eggo, Ted Baker, Sandro and Maje
- Conduct in-depth technical SEO audit, detailed log file analysis, and a robust competitive assessment to benchmark performance and identify areas of opportunity to drive significant growth
- Coordinate with marketing and website development on new brand launches to ensure proper infrastructure is set up from an SEO perspective
- Work with brand marketing and content team to drive SEO through content creation and content programming
- Propose changes to website design, content, linking, and other variables to enhance SEO positions for target keywords
- Implement SEO changes and updates (meta description, page titles, schema markup, microdata, etc.) to maximize ranking
- Provide detailed competitive analysis and ensure maintaining authority across key business units and keyword themes
- Develop strategies, campaigns, and product content aligned with business goals in order to drive traffic to the company e-store
- Work closely with different teams (marketing, general management, product management, sales) to update and develop product content intended to drive sales on e-commerce platforms, suggest promotional offers, and holiday-driven sales
- Submit regular reports to the executives on key plans and results
- Data management and reporting on weekly and monthly sales insights
- Lead the E-commerce Sales Operations team
- Define and continuously enhance operational processes and policies related to content management, seller onboarding and performance management
- Constantly liaise with product department to develop and improve platform and systems
- Contribute to the sellers onboarding and oversee platform content creation to ensure the highest standards of quality are applied
- Support the implementation of promotions and campaigns on the platform
- Provide the required support to customer support team for all escalated issues
