Desktop Support Service Coordinator
❑ Single point of contact for all the IT related issues and request in CBOB-R. (Office, Plant)
❑ Coordinate with CBOB-IT/OIG-IT/SIG-IT for the day to day IT related issues and request.
❑ Provide SAP functional support to the end-user (Distribution, Service, Manufacturing, etc.)
❑ Create, maintain and administrate SAP training documentation and user manuals.

❑ Assists with basic PC unit troubleshooting
❑ Assist OIG Technical team to identify network line issues and troubleshooting
❑ Control and monitor of all IT equipment of the plant and ensure standard IT equipment matrix / proper disposal of defective units
❑ Control and monitor network lines / secure all network rooms and IT infrastructure facilities
❑ Prepare Verification calls monthly and assist on IP telephone connection concerns
❑ Interacts with internal clients to resolve basic help desk issues, communicates with internal clients in a professional manner maintaining
