* Provides general administrative assistant to the department.
* Assists in processing all government related transactions like Visas, Police & Traffic Reports, Court and Labor Cases, Company Registrations/Licenses and Residents Permits.
* Manages the department corporate promotional giveaways.
* Maintains and Documents all requests related to Government Affairs operations.
* Provides weekly and monthly reports.
* Files and records all department documents both electronic and physical.
* Processes travel orders and travel expenses
* Prepares and manages incoming and outgoing correspondence.
* Assists the Department Director and all department team members in all aspects of administrative and secretarial jobs.
* Facilitates all incoming and outgoing communications
* Verifies, stamps and file all access requests
* Records all enquiry, fax and received documents.
* Maintains Office Stationeries.
* Prepares Weekly and Monthly Reports
* Meeting visitors at all levels of seniority;
* Maintains office systems, including data management and filing;
* Provides general assistance during presentations
* Screens telephone calls, inquiries and requests
* Meets visitors at all levels of seniority;
* Scans documents for filing and distribution to
concern organizations;
* Deals with incoming email, faxes and post
on behalf the General Manager.
*Conducts research such as supply assessment,
market chain, value chain and conduct test marketing.
* Takes into account the cost of the product and develops pricing.
* Meets periodically the product line management to ensure that the transition from production to marketing is moving forward.
* Involves in negotiation of new potential markets, managing the overall marketing and orientation, meetings.
Coordinates the office operations of the organization.
* Develops and maintains office forms and procedures.
* Assists with administrative tasks and maintains strict confidentiality.
* Prepare agenda and supporting materials, record and transcribe
minutes, prepare and distributes minutes and reports.
* Attend Planning Board meetings and record minutes.
*Communicates the expectations of trainings, conduct trainings on capability building based on needs
assessment.
* Evaluates and monitor the
performance of the target beneficiaries to make sure the progress of the program.
* Interacts with Partners (LGU, PO and Farmers) to ensure a timely and productively implementation of the project.
* Provides direct supports to Director of the school/school farm.
* Assigns daily work schedules for staff as required.
