• Responsible for patient recruitment, consent process, data collection, data management, statistical
analysis, and manuscripts/reports preparation.
• Conduct literature reviews and epidemiological analyses.

and metabolic syndrome.

1- Provide private consultations to clients referred for weight management.
2- Follow up clients to ensure they keep on track and attain goals.
3-Give supplement consultations, body composition testing, medical nutrition therapy and metabolic rate testing.
1- Help in creating a four week online Massive Open Online Course on Nutrition and Health.
2- Help in delivering the course to 9, 000 participants from the Middle East and North Africa.
1) Screen and assess new patients, completing full nutritional work up and history.
2) Assess dietary needs and provide dietary guidelines for inpatients in accordance to their medical case.
3) Supervise the execution of all the diet plans assigned to inpatients by checking their meal trays on a daily
basis (three times a day).
4) Participate in grand rounds with a multidisciplinary team (physicians, pharmacists, social workers, nurses).
5) Practice in all units of the department (ICU, CCU, oncology, maternity, IM, pediatrics) on a scheduled
rotation
6) Evaluate nutritional status of outpatients, plan a complete diet and implement it through scheduled follow
ups.
7) Consult and educate pregnant women about lactation guidelines.
1) Assemble and prepare necessary laboratory materials before scheduled sessions.
2) Assist the laboratory instructor in all required tasks during each lab experiment.
3) Grade laboratory notebooks submitted by the students, and maintain record of their scores.
4) Provide feedback regarding students’ performance and raise concerns to the designated instructor
