- Collaborated with the Medical Center Director, Chief Medical Officer and Senior Executives in delivering comprehensive analytical reports, recommendations and data-driven interpretations, translated into operational goals in support of the hospital strategic plan. - Contributed to the achievement of the Human Resources vision by advising on HR best practices as per SHRM and leading HR Analytics and systems, providing analytical and operational support based on process re-engineering and work processes recommendations.
- Played a leadership role in monitoring hospital metrics (KPIs) and performance measures and implementing what-if analysis and simulations to determine the likely future impact of decisions.

- Contribute to the progress of the HR Study in collaboration with the consultant responsible for reviewing the positions classification and competency profiling.
