Validate the accuracy of reported revenues and expenditures of petroleum and coal contractors in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract. Note any discrepancies such as double recording, incorrect classification of expenses, or any unreported sales throughout the course of the audit. Monitor collections of coal permittee by making follow ups, acknowledgement of remittances, handling of collections over to the Treasury for official receipt.
Experienced preparing check disbursement, petty cash replenishment, daily sales and operating expenses report for management meetings, collection receipts, handled remittances and debit memos, and performed other ad hoc functions assigned by accounting manager from time to time.
