1. Answering queries about the status of each product and
providing reports as needed.
2. Generates reports on warehouse activities, such as inventory
levels, order fulfillment and operational performance. Maintains
FIFO Movement.
3. Supervised inventory cycle counting processes, including
accounting, product damages, and product returns.
4. Compare inventory calculations to actual stock counts, then
look into and resolve any inconsistencies. All inventory-related
data is collected, tracked, and maintained, and discrepancies are
reported to the Material Management.
5. Receives, request replenishment of inventory, updates
movement status and tag allocated materials, maintains
accurate and organized records.
6. Process and creates MRF-STO for return using SAP for the
materials that are needed to return in the Head Warehouse.
Perform periodic physical inventory counts and reconcile any
discrepancies with recorded inventory levels.
Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) or other appropriate
stock rotation methods to prevent product ageing.
Perform inventory controls and maintain high quality standards
for audits; report discrepancies. Generates reports on inventory
levels and stock movements.
Tracking all inventory to ensure proper product inventory levels
and communicating with material management about inventory
issues.
